• Positive Attitude: - Maintain a positive attitude and show enthusiasm for the role and the company. 
  • Smile, make eye contact, and use body language that conveys confidence.

• Cultural Fit - Highlight how you align with the company culture. 
  • Mention any experiences or values you have that resonate with the company’s environment and ethos.

6.Follow Up After the Interview:

• If possible and you have a direct route.  Send a Thank You Email - Send a thank-you email within 24 hours of the interview. 
  • Express your appreciation for the opportunity to interview and reiterate your enthusiasm for the role.
  • Personalise Your Message: Mention specific points discussed during the interview to show that you were engaged and are genuinely interested in the position.
